Hey! You’ve heard the big news: the first Singapore Improv Festival will be here from 3 to 5 June 2016.
We’re organising the festival (#sgimprovfest, for you hashtag lovers) because we think it’s just about the right time as the scene is growing exponentially, and we want to come together and tell Singapore: we’re here. We’ve arrived.
There will be have shows by The Improv Company’s house teams and showcases by other improv teams in Singapore. You’ll have a taste of the different flavours of improv in Singapore. Come be part of the show and give your suggestions.
For those who want to do improv, we have Improv For Everyone public workshops and advanced improv workshops for improvisers too. Full line up will be available at festival.improv.sg.
So make your way down to Centre 42 at 42 Waterloo Street from 3 to 5 June! We’ll be running shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and hosting workshops on Saturday and Sunday; all improv-focused, all wonderful and fun!
Come one, come all to give your suggestions. It’s going to be an awesome way to spend your weekend. Three whole days of entertainment, truth and sheer joy.
